Students at Etowah High School took a moment Monday morning to reflect on the terrorist attacks carried out 15 years ago on Sept. 11.

“Proudly flown below the United States flag is the Flag of Honor. This flag has the names of every 9/11 victim and it will be permanently flown just below the United States Flag,” Ball said.
